360° Flexible LED Light Tube – Reliable Lighting for Ship Pipe Tunnels & Confined Spaces

Table of Content [Hide]

Ship pipe tunnels, tanks, cable trenches, and mine drifts are often narrow, lack mains power, and require long continuous lighting. Traditional fluorescent tubes are fragile and uneven, while standard LED strips cannot achieve 360° illumination and suffer voltage drop. LYD 360° flexible LED light tube is engineered for these harsh environments.

    Key advantages

    • Omnidirectional glow: transparent flexible tube scatters light evenly – no dark corners.

    • Low voltage safety: DC12V/24V, works with our portable power pack – no grid connection needed.

    • No voltage drop over length: standard 10m, 20m, 30m – consistent brightness from end to end.

    • High output: 10m ≥3000lm, equivalent to a 200W incandescent – much brighter than temporary lights.

    • Flexible & robust: bendable, crush‑resistant, fits curved ship structures and humid/dusty environments.

    Typical applications

    • Ship pipe tunnels, pipe trenches

    • Oil tank / reactor internal inspection

    • Underground cable trenches, drainage tunnels

    • Mine drifts, tunnel construction

    • Any long, flexible, off‑grid lighting need

    Customization

We offer custom color temperature (3000K‑6500K), IP rating (IP65/IP68), connector type, and cable length.

Leyun's journey with light began 15 years ago, staring at her first soldered LED circuit board in a small university lab. That tiny flicker sparked a career. Today, she leads international trade at LYD Electronics, where she has helped engineer UV disinfection modules for global home appliance giants and illuminated countless commercial spaces with custom LED solutions.

What drives her? A genuine belief that light—whether purifying water, sanitizing hospital air, or accenting a retail display—can solve real-world problems. When she's not discussing UVC wavelengths with clients or optimizing logistics for bulk shipments, you might find her hiking with a UV flashlight, testing its beam on rocks (yes, her family finds it odd too). She writes here to demystify LED technology and help global partners navigate the complex world of Chinese manufacturing—one honest conversation at a time.
