Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting three clients from Japan for a two‑day, in‑depth factory tour. It was an invaluable opportunity to demonstrate our manufacturing capabilities, quality control, and commitment to transparency.

Day 1 – Forming Workshop
We walked the clients through our forming processes:
✔ Laser cutting of acrylic with high precision
✔ UV printing for full‑color graphics directly on acrylic
✔ Laser marking and engraving for permanent branding
✔ Hot bending to create curved shapes for neon letters and night lights
Day 2 – Electronics & Control Workshop
The focus shifted to the core of our electronic products:
✔ SMT production lines for stable LED drivers
✔ Automated wire harness assembly for clean and safe wiring
✔ Manual soldering and quality inspection stations
✔ Final assembly and aging test

Areas that sparked the most interest
The three clients showed strong enthusiasm for our event merchandise – neon acrylic letters, acrylic night lights – as well as our smart pet product line (UVC water fountains, self‑cleaning litter boxes, GPS trackers, etc.).

Outcome
After witnessing our scale, equipment, and disciplined processes, the clients expressed high satisfaction. We all left the tour with renewed confidence in a long‑term, stable cooperation.
